Returns & Refunds
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
Return conditions
Returns are accepted if:

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

Ship the item to the address provided to you.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the total refund amount. They are calculated based on the size, weight of the item, and the country of return.
Refund
Refunds are processed within 14 to 21 business days after receipt and verification of the item. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been initiated.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service immediately ( contact@auberonparis.com ) and attach photos. We will study each situation individually and propose a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
Responsibility and transfer of risks
Risks are transferred to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the carrier. AuberonParis cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier. In the event of a problem, claims must be addressed directly to the carrier within the legal time limits; our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding in the event of proven loss.
